I was unable to finish downloading my MP3 purchases. How can I get them?

There is a library of the downloadable files you have purchased, which can be accessed at any time. You can retrieve your downloads by clicking on My Learning Library in your dashboard.

Go to the homepage. Click the person icon at the top right corner of the screen.

After signing in, click on My Account, then on My Learning Library. The library of downloads should be there for you to access.
