How do I change the playback speed?

The Grow app allows you to adjust the playback speed of audio and video resources to match your listening preference.

Begin playing a video or audio message.

Look for the playback speed setting on the player. It may display 1x, 1.3x, or another number.

Tap the speed setting.

Select the speed you would like to use.

Common playback speeds

• 1x — Normal speed
• 1.3x — Slightly faster
• 1.5x — Faster listening

If a speaker seems difficult to understand, simply return the speed to 1x.

Many listeners find that adjusting the playback speed helps them move through longer teaching series at a pace that is comfortable for them.
