What is My Learning Library?
My Learning Library is a place where all of the digital media you have purchased can be accessed. In addition, we also include digital versions (pending availability) of all the Ligonier teaching series and books you have purchased from us on DVD, CD, and hard copy book. My Learning Library includes purchases back to 2002. If you do not see a teaching series that you have purchased, please call 1-800-435-4343 or send an email to service@ligonier.org. Our resource consultants will be able to help you get digital access.

How do I sign in to my account?
You can sign in to your Ligonier.org Account by going to the upper right hand corner of Ligonier.org and clicking on the appropriate link.
- Click Sign In or Create Account at the top-right corner of the screen
- Click Sign In on the left side of the screen
- Fill out the dialogue box with your email address and a created password and click LOGIN
- After signing in, click on My Account in the upper right hand corner of the page to go to your dashboard.
- Click on My Learning Library.

I ordered resources from Ligonier but I have never created a Ligonier.org Account. How do I do that?
An account is accessed by your email address – which acts as a username – and a password. To create a Ligonier.org Account, follow the instructions below:
- Click Sign In or Create Account at the top-right corner of the screen
- Click Create Account on the right side of the screen
- Fill out the dialogue box with your first name, last name, email address and a created password (typed twice for security purposes) and click Create Account
- You will be sent a confirmation email to your provided email address with a given link to click and finalize the activation process. Please note that your account will remain inactive until this link is clicked.

What if I do not see an item I purchased in My Learning Library?
Presently, My Learning Library only includes purchases back to 2002. In addition, resources purchased at one of our conferences may not appear. If you do not see a series or a book that you have purchased, please call 1-800-435-4343 or send an email to service@ligonier.org. Our resource consultants will be able to help you get digital access.

How do I download your audio and video?
The files you have purchased will be listed on your dashboard under My Account in the upper right hand corner of the home page.
- Login to your account.
- Click on My Learning Library.
- The next page will list the files that are available to you for download.
- Next to the title of the series will be a link to Show All click on this to see the individual messages included in the series.
- To the right of each message title you will have the options to Stream, Download Audio, or Download Video.
- Click on any of those options to stream from our website or download the files to your computer.

I was unable to finish downloading my MP3 purchases. How can I get them?
There is library of the downloadable files you have purchased which can be accessed at any time. You can retrieve your downloads by clicking on My Learning Library in your dashboard.
Go to the homepage. Click Sign In or Create Account at the top-right corner of the screen.
After signing in click on My Account then on My Learning Library. The library of downloads should be there for you to download. If you have any problems please email us at service@ligonier.org. -
What if something happens to the file I downloaded (computer crash, accidentally erased, etc)?
You may re-download audio, video, and eBook files that you have purchased at any time. To do so, sign in to Ligonier.org. Click Sign In or Create Account at the top-right corner of the screen.
After signing in click on My Account then on My Learning Library. The library of downloads should be there for you to download. If you have any problems please email us at service@ligonier.org. -
What format are eBooks?
eBooks are available in ePub format, which is currently the most popular open book format in the world. Select titles are also available in MOBI format, which is designed for Amazon's range of Kindle devices and their various reading apps.

How do I download my eBook(s)?
After purchasing the eBook, you will be directed to your Learning Library (you must set up a Ligonier account to access your Learning Library and the digital files you own). You will see the title listed as well as a "Download" link. Tap or click "Download," and the EPUB or MOBI file will be downloaded to your computer or device. You may then transfer and open the file in the eBook reading software of your choice.

What kind of devices read EPUB files?
EPUB files can be read on most smartphones and tablets, including iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
They can also be read on laptop and desktop computers using a variety of free applications. Those on Apple computers can use their built-in Apple Books. PC users can find an application by searching the Microsoft Store (see Microsoft's recommended reading applications).
If you have a different device than one listed here, please check with the manufacturer to ensure it can read EPUB files. Amazon Kindle E-readers do not read these files but instead require the MOBI file format.

What kind of devices read MOBI files?
Amazon's range of Kindle devices can read MOBI files. You may also read them on Apple and Android mobile devices, PCs, and Apple computers using Amazon's free Kindle app.
