An item on my online order is on preorder. When can I expect to receive my package?

All preorder items are expected to ship and arrive by the publish date. You can find the publish date located under Product Info at the bottom of the product page of the item you ordered. The timeframe for receiving your item will depend upon the shipping option you chose when you ordered the item. In addition, once your order ships, a shipping confirmation will be sent via email, which contains the tracking information.
