Here We Stand: The Reformation at 500
October 31, 2017 marks the 500th anniversary of Martin Luther nailing the 95 Theses to the church door in Wittenberg, Germany. To commemorate this historic event, we’re joining Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and Reformation Theological Seminary to honor the scholarship, sacrifice, and rich theological legacy of such Reformers as Martin Luther, Ulrich Zwingli, and John Calvin during a three-day conference, Here We Stand. Albert Mohler, Mark Dever, Ligon Duncan, Stephen Nichols, Derek Thomas, Steven Lawson, and Gregg Allison will explore why the Reformation was necessary, what fueled the movement’s success, and the challenges that remain for evangelicals today. Join us on the campus of Southern Seminary for this historic commemoration over three days, October 31 — November 2, as we proclaim and affirm the Reformation truths on which we stand.
