How do I download your audio and video?
Much of the audio and video on our website is free as streaming media, such as our radio broadcasts and media from our conferences. For purchasing downloadable audio and video teaching materials, please visit our online store at http://ligonier.org/store/type/teaching-series/.

I was unable to finish downloading my MP3 purchases. How can I get them?
If you go to the online store, click on "Sign in or Create Account" at the top of the page. You will be prompted to enter your information. It should then list your purchases and you can finish downloading the remaining MP3s. If you have any problems, please email webmaster@ligonier.org.

What if something happens to the file I download (computer crash, accidentally erased, etc)?
You may re-download audio and video files that you have purchased at any time. To do so, simply log into the Ligonier.org website and then click on “Dashboard”, located at the top right of any page. Once on the Dashboard page, scroll down to the “Your Downloads” list and find the item that you would like to download. Click on the “Audio” or “Video” link to the right of the item to download the file to your computer. Download should begin immediately.

What format are eBooks?
eBooks are available in ePub format, which is currently the most popular open book format in the world. Select titles are also available in MOBI format, which is designed for Amazon's range of Kindle devices and their various reading apps.

How do I download my eBook(s)?
After purchasing the eBook, you will be directed to your Dashboard (you must set up a Ligonier account to access your Dashboard and all electronic files). You will see the title listed as well as a "File" link. Click on "File" and the ePub or MOBI file will be downloaded to your computer. You may then move the file to your designated software and upload to your device.

What kind of devices read ePub files?
iPhones, the iPod Touch, iPads, Sony Readers, and Nooks are a few of the devices that read ePub files. You may also view ePub files on your computer by using Adobe Digital Editions (http://www.adobe.com/products/digitaleditions/). Additional devices and reader applications may be found here: http://www.epubbooks.com/ebook-readers.
If you have a different device that one listed here, please check with the manufacturer to ensure it can read ePub files. The Kindle does not read these files, but Amazon does sell all Reformation Trust titles in the Kindle format.
