How do I download your audio and video?

The files you have purchased will be available under the Purchased tab in the My Library.

• Log in to your account.

• Click on My Learning Library.Select the Purchased tab.

• This page will list the files that are available to you for download.

• On the teaching series that you would like to download, select View All Messages.

• To the right of each message title, you will have the options to Stream or Download. Select Download.

• The message will begin playing in a window. From there, select the three dots in the bottom cotner and tap download. The file will then be downloaded to your device.
