A local restaurant guide will be provided at the information booth. Light concessions will be available for purchase at the conference location.
Special Discounts
Attendees in the following categories may receive a discount on the Conference Rate:
- Children 17 and under (100% off with paid adult)
- Spouse (50% off)
Other Information
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation postcard once your registration has been processed. You will pick-up your name tag between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. on opening day of the conference. Please arrive early so you do not miss the beginning on the conference at 10 a.m. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks of the conference, please call toll-free 1-800-435-4343 or email conference@ligonier.org.
Cancellations
Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing, by fax, or by e-mail (conference@ligonier.org). Refund requests received by September 2, 2010 will be honored in full, minus a $15 cancellation fee. Cancellations received between September 3 and October 1, 2010, will receive a 50-percent refund. No refunds will be granted after October 2, 2010.
