Columns from Tabletalk Magazine, September 2014

from Sep 02, 2014 Category: Tabletalk Magazine

The September issue of Tabletalk is out. This issue features articles explaining the nature, place, and purpose of parachurch ministries. Educational ministries, seminaries, mission agencies, conferences, and other events and organizations are a familiar part of the Christian landscape, but what is their place in relation to the local church? Parachurch ministries of all kinds exist around the globe, but are they warranted by Scripture? This issue of Tabletalk will seek to answer this question.

Contributors include R.C. Sproul along with Justin Holcomb, Matt Boswell, Mez McConnell, Steve Timmis, R.C. Sproul Jr., Jared Wilson, Keith Mathison, Sean Michael Lucas, John Piper, Tim Challies, John MacArthur, Albert N. Martin, Eric B. Watkins, and others.

We do not post all of the feature articles or the daily devotionals from the issue, so you’ll have to either purchase the issue or subscribe to get those. But for now, here are links to several free columns and articles from this month:
