Lecture 4, Foreshadowed: The Resurrection in the Old Testament:
We live in a time when many Christians treat the Old Testament as though it were an irrelevant footnote to the New Testament. Yet the New Testament testifies with one voice that all its declarations regarding the person and work of Jesus Christ bear witness to what was anticipated in the Old Testament. But what about the resurrection? In this lesson, Dr. Fluhrer examines the ways that the Old Testament pointed forward to Christ’s resurrection. We’ll see that the resurrection has always been a part of the inevitable and inexorable outworking of God’s perfect plan to redeem sinners.
