My friend/spouse cannot attend the conference. May I bring someone else in his/her place?
If a guest cannot make the conference, you may bring someone else in his or her place. The extra nametag should be given to the new attendee and brought to the registration area of the conference to be exchanged for a new tag.

Do you provide transportation from airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the church?
Transportation is not provided for the conference. Hotels may have arrangements for airport pick-up.

Is the conference formatted for the hearing impaired?
American Sign Language interpretation is provided throughout the conference.

What type of dress is appropriate for the conference?
We suggest business-casual attire during the conference.

Will there be RV parking?
Yes. Please park your RV in the grass lot south of FBCO campus along L B McLeod Rd. After parking on-site, you must check-in with FBCO Security which is located inside the Faith Hall building. Note, power and sewer hook ups are not available. For more questions, please call 800-435-4343

Will meals or snacks be available on site?
Yes. Pre-Paid meal plans are available for purchase during your registration process, and a limited quantity are available on site. Additionally, the venue will have snacks. We are also hoping to have at least one or two outside vendors there to offer meals on demand.

I need to cancel my conference registration. How do I get a refund?
Cancellations and refund requests must be made at 800-435-4343, during normal business hours (not via voicemail message), or in writing by email (conference@ligonier.org) or mail to Conferencing, Ligonier Ministries, 421 Ligonier Ct, Sanford, FL 32771.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after your registration has been processed. Those without e-mail will receive a confirmation number via phone at the time they call to register. You will pick-up your name badge beginning at 8:00 a.m. on opening day of the conference. Please arrive early so you do not miss the beginning of the conference. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks of the conference, please call toll-free 1-800-435-4343 or email conference@ligonier.org.

Will child-care be available during the conference?
No, but there is an unsupervised child area at the venue where parents can bring their children during the sessions, and the audio from the sessions can be heard in that area.

Are there scholarships available?
Scholarships are available for those willing to volunteer during the conference. There are a limited number of volunteer positions available, and all potential volunteers must fill out a volunteer form prior to the conference.
