2021 National Conference

Due to changes in Florida’s local restrictions for large gatherings, we are now able to reopen registration for our 2021 National Conference. However, please note that all registrations made as of October 29, 2020, are conditional per local restrictions that determine current capacity. We encourage you to register early. If local authorities reinstate capacity limits prior to the event, we will begin notifying those who registered most recently and work backwards. Any impacted registrants may request a refund or convert their registration into a donation.

The last day to order a meal plan is March 1, 2021.

There will be some provision by the First Baptist Orlando catering staff for those with food allergies. Please let their staff know of your needs when you arrive to collect your first meal. They cannot guarantee the ability to meet all dietary requests but they will do their best to accommodate your particular needs.

COVID-19

Attendee Acknowledgement

By choosing to register you and/or your guests for this event, you acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are present and Ligonier does not guarantee, warrant, or represent that you and/or your guests will not be exposed to or infected with COVID-19 either before, during, or after the event. Although we intend to comply with local, state, and federal guidelines, you further acknowledge and understand that the risks of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 may result from your own actions, inactions, negligence or recklessness, as well as from the actions, inactions, negligence or recklessness of others, including without limitation Ligonier, Ligonier employees, agents and representatives, other Ligonier volunteers, guests, and members of the general public.

Conditional Attendance

Although proactively taking steps to help ensure Ligonier’s events are safe, we ask you and your guests to avoid attending if you or they have any concerns about gathering in public, if you or they have had a fever of 100.4 in the last 72 hours, have taken medication to reduce a fever in the past 4 hours, have two or more of the following symptoms: a new loss of smell or taste, difficulty breathing, muscle pains, headache, chills, gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, or if you or they have been exposed to COVID-19 within 14 days of the event. At this time, wearing a mask that covers your mouth and nose may be a requirement at certain times during this event.


Cancellations

Except for Ligonier’s cancelling of the event or needing to reduce capacity, all cancellation and refund requests must be made at 800-435-4343 during normal business hours (not via voicemail message), or email (conference@ligonier.org). Refund requests received by February 18th, 2021 (8 p.m. ET), will be honored in full, minus a $10.00 cancellation-processing fee per cancellation. Cancellations received between February 19th - March 5th, 2021 (8 p.m. ET) will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after March 5th, 2021. More information will be available closer to March 18, 2021.  Please allow up to 60 days to receive your refund.

 

Confirmation & Name Badges

You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after your registration has been processed. Those without e-mail will receive a confirmation number via phone at the time they call to register. Prior to the conference, you will receive your name badges in the mail. If you were registered by another person as part of a group, they will receive your badge. The name badges will serve as your tickets for the event, so it is important that you bring them with you. If you do not receive a confirmation or your name badges two weeks before the conference, please call 800-435-4343 or email conference@ligonier.org.

Group Discount Policy

Group discounts are offered to groups of 10 or more after August 31, 2020. Group must register all members through phone or email; please call 800-435-4343 or email conference@ligonier.org. You may not add people to the group once you have begun the registration process. Group must pay with one form of payment. We accept check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Please include group leaders name and phone number at the top of the page before emailing. We will contact you with a confirmation of your group within 48 hours. Please ensure that you provide a daytime phone number in your email. You will need to provide payment details on email. We can take your credit card at time of confirmation.

We must have each person's name, address, phone, and email. Once a group has been registered the group will receive a single group confirmation number via email, or by phone when registering. Please ensure that all information is given on each individual of the group.

There are no refunds for group registrations, but group member registrations can be transferred if a member of the group is not able to attend. Just take confirmation letter to the registration desk at the conference and they will print you a new name badge.

The group rate is $209 per person and is good until February 18th, 2021 (8 p.m. ET). Meal plans for groups are $85 per person and must be assigned to a specific person in the group.
