Cancellation and refund requests must be made via email (email@example.com) or by calling 800-435-4343 during normal business hours (no voicemail message). Refund requests received by January 27, 2020 (8 pm EST), will be honored in full, minus a $20.00 cancellation-processing fee per cancellation. Cancellations received between January 28 - April 3, 2020 (8pm EST) will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after April 3, 2020.
Transfer requests must be made via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by calling 800-435-4343 during normal business hours (no voicemail message). Transfer requests received by November 18, 2019 (8 p.m. ET), will be honored in full, with no transfer-processing fee. Transfer requests received on November 19, 2019 or after, will be honored in full, with a $10 per person transfer-processing fee.
Confirmation & Nametags
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your registration has been processed. Prior to the conference, you will receive your name badge(s) in the mail. If you were registered by another person as part of a group, they will receive your badge. The name badges will serve as your tickets for the event, so it is important that you bring them with you. If you do not receive a confirmation or your name badges two weeks before the conference, please call 800-435-4343 or email email@example.com.
A limited number of scholarships are available for those willing to volunteer during the conference.

Group Discount Policy
Group discounts are offered to groups of 15 or more. Group must sign up all 15 people through phone or email; please call 800-435-4343 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. You may not add people to the group once you have begun the registration process. Group must pay with one form of payment. We accept check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Please include group leaders name and phone number at the top of the page before emailing. Please ensure that you provide a daytime phone number in your email. We can take your credit card at time of confirmation.
We must have each person's name, address, phone, and email. Once a group has been registered the group will receive a single group confirmation number via email, or by phone when registering. Please ensure that all information is given on each individual of the group.
There are no refunds for group registrations, but group member registrations can be transferred if a member of the group is not able to attend (for more information, please see “Transfers” section). If on site, please bring confirmation letter to the registration desk at the conference and they will print you a new name badge.
The group rate is $69 per person and is good until April 3, 2020 (8 p.m. ET). You will also receive 1 complimentary registration per 15 registered attendees.
