Other Information

Cancellations and refund requests must be made at 1-800-435-4343 during normal business hours (not via voicemail message), or email (conference@ligonier.org). Refund requests received by May 11, 2018 (8 p.m. ET), will be honored in full, minus a $10.00 cancellation-processing fee per cancellation. Cancellations received between May 12, 2018 and May 24, 2018 (8 p.m. ET) will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after May 25, 2018.

Confirmation & Name Badges
You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after your registration has been processed. Those without e-mail will receive a confirmation number via phone at the time they call to register.  If you do not receive a confirmation, please call toll-free 1-800-435-4343 or email conference@ligonier.org.  

If you registered before April 15, you will receive your name badge(s) in the mail (early May) and will need to bring them to the event.  For those who did not receive or fogot to bring them, you may pick up your name badges on June 8th starting at 12:00 p.m. on opening day.  

Group Discount Policy
The group rate is $69 per person and is affective until May 31st, 2018 (12am, ET). You will also receive 1 complimentary registration per 15 registered attendees.

Group discounts are offered to groups of 15 or more. Group must sign up all 15 people through phone or email; please call 800-435-4343 or email conference@ligonier.org. You may not add people to the group once you have begun the registration process. Group must pay with one form of payment. We accept check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Please include group leaders name and phone number at the top of the page before calling or emailing. We will contact you with a confirmation of your group within 48 hours. Please ensure that you provide a daytime phone number in your email. You will also need to provide payment details in your email. We can take your credit card at time of confirmation.

We must have each person's name, address, phone, and email. Once a group has been registered the group will receive a single group confirmation number via email, or by phone when registering. Please ensure that all information is given on each individual of the group.

There are no refunds for group registrations, but group member registrations can be transferred if a member of the group is not able to attend. Just take confirmation letter to the registration desk at the conference and they will print you a new name badge.
