Cancellations and refund requests must be made at 800-435-4343, during normal business hours (not via voicemail message), or in writing by email (conference@ligonier.org) or snail mail to Conferencing, Ligonier Ministries, 421 Ligonier Ct, Sanford, FL 32771. Refund requests received by end of business day on September 28, 2018, will be honored in full, minus a $10 cancellation processing fee per cancellation. Cancellations received between end of business day on September 28 and November 2, 2018 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after November 2, 2018.


Confirmation & Name Badges

You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after your registration has been processed. Those without email will receive a confirmation number via phone at the time they call to register. If you register prior to September 1st, you will receive your name badge in the mail.  Otherwise, you will be able to pick up your name badge beginning at 12:00PM on opening day of the conference. Please arrive early so you do not miss the beginning of the conference. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks of the conference, please call toll-free 1-800-435-4343 or email conference@ligonier.org.



A limited number of scholarships are available for those willing to volunteer during the conference.

Group Discount Policy

Group discounts are offered to groups of 15 or more. A group must sign up all 15 people (or more) by calling 800-435-4343 during normal business hours. You may not add people to the group once you have begun the registration process. Groups must pay with one form of payment. We accept check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Please be ready with group leader’s name, address, and phone number when calling.

We must have each person's name, address, phone, and email in order to complete the group registration. Our customer service operator will give you an e-mail address that can be used to submit that information. Once a group has been registered the group will receive a single group confirmation number via email, or by phone when registering.

There are no refunds for group registrations, but group member registrations can be transferred if a member of the group is not able to attend. Just take confirmation e-mail to the registration desk at the conference and they will print you a new name badge. 

The group rate is $49 per person and is good until September 28, 2018. You will also receive 1 complimentary registration per 15 registered attendees.
