Mission statement
As an imprint of Ligonier Ministries, Reformation Trust Publishing is committed to publishing books that help readers develop a closer walk with God through a deeper understanding of the Scriptures and the historic Christian faith. All Reformation Trust titles reflect the great truths that have been entrusted to the church by its Reformation forefathers, truths so beautifully articulated in the Westminster Confession of Faith and Catechisms. Reformation Trust aims to become a trusted resource for the church by producing biblically and theologically solid books using high-quality materials to ensure a lengthy shelf life.
Manuscript proposals
Reformation Trust welcomes proposals for books that are in accord with the mission statement above.
We ask that you submit a proposal according to the following guidelines, not your complete manuscript. Current staffing levels do not permit us to evaluate complete manuscripts. We also ask that you send your proposal in the form of a hard copy, not an electronic copy on CD, floppy disk, or email.
Your proposal must include:
1. A detailed outline of the proposed book.
2. Two complete sample chapters of the proposed book.
3. A complete Author/Book Information Sheet.
4. Reference letters from at least two non-family members (preferably church leaders) who know you well and can attest to your Christian character and qualification to write on your chosen subject (unpublished authors only).
If you would like to know that we have received your proposal, we recommend sending your proposal via certified mail.
We will make every effort to respond to your proposal within three months. Be advised that we accept only a small percentage of unsolicited manuscripts.
