Publishing the message of God's holiness

For thirty-six years, Ligonier Ministries has been used of the Lord to propagate the Reformed faith throughout the world. One of the ways we are striving to fulfill this mission is through our Publishing division, which includes books, music, audio and video teaching series, and our new Classic Sermon series. Our publications will seek to be a trusted resource for you as you build a library of essential Christian literature.

What makes our publications different? Ligonier Ministries is focused on publishing and producing titles from Dr. Sproul and other contemporary authors stemming from the Reformed, classical tradition and bringing back teaching from the Puritans and our church fathers that have stood the test of time. Our hope is that these special resources will assist God's people in their quest for personal holiness and conformity to the image of Christ.

Our printed publications are released under the division of Reformation Trust Publishing. One of our first publications, The Reformation Study Bible in the English Standard Version, was named as a finalist for the 2006 Christian Book Award in the “Bibles” category by the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association (ECPA).

Since the ministry’s existence, we have been able to produce hundreds of audio and video series by Dr. Sproul with several more that have yet to be released. We are in the process of expanding our music division to encompass more edifying selections in the classical tradition, which currently include the Atlanta Boy Choir, Stuart Neill, and sacred classics such as Handel’s Messiah. In addition, we are also producing the Classic Sermon Series. This is an ever-growing series created to provide historical examples of Christ-centered, biblical sermons. By making these sermons available to a wider audience, we hope to motivate Christians to rediscover transformative, Gospel preaching and encourage pastors and teachers to proclaim the richness of scriptural doctrine.
