How do I download your audio and video?
Much of the audio and video on our website is free as streaming media, such as our radio broadcasts and media from our conferences. For purchasing downloadable audio and video teaching materials, please visit our online store at http://ligonier.org/store/type/teaching-series/.

I was unable to finish downloading my MP3 purchases. How can I get them?
If you go to the online store, click on "Sign in or Create Account" at the top of the page. You will be prompted to enter your information. It should then list your purchases and you can finish downloading the remaining MP3s. If you have any problems, please email webmaster@ligonier.org.

What if something happens to the file I download (computer crash, accidentally erased, etc)?
You may re-download audio and video files that you have purchased at any time. To do so, simply log into the Ligonier.org website and then click on “Dashboard”, located at the top right of any page. Once on the Dashboard page, scroll down to the “Your Downloads” list and find the item that you would like to download. Click on the “Audio” or “Video” link to the right of the item to download the file to your computer. Download should begin immediately.

How much would it cost to ship products internationally?
We do ship internationally, and prices will vary by weight and method. The best way to determine the shipping cost is to enter the order on the online store.

I just received my package, but it is either missing something or it isn’t what I ordered.
Check the invoice that came with your package to make sure the information is correct and that nothing is on backorder. If something is missing or a product came that wasn’t ordered, please call 800-435-4343, and we will look into the problem.

The resource that I ordered is damaged or defective.
We are more than happy to replace damaged or defective products. Please call 800-435-4343 with information about the defective item and we will send you a replacement.

Can I send in a check instead of using a credit card?
Feel free to order any resources via mail. Simply list the items you would like to purchase (and include the product code if possible) and send it in along with a check including the shipping and handling. Our mailing address is:

What is your return policy?
Ligonier Ministries has a 30-day return policy for most items in new condition. You may return the product with a description of the problem and why you are returning it. The return should come from the original purchaser of the product.
While we are happy to send replacements for damaged or defective items, we cannot make exchanges. Please return the product for a refund and then place a new order. Do not send checks with returned items. -
How can I find out my Order Status?

I live in the area. Do you have a bookstore on site? Can I pick up my order?
We do have a small selection of our resources at the Ligonier Headquarters in Sanford. Please feel free to stop by anytime between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. We will be closed one hour from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. for lunch. You may place your order and pay at the front desk. Our physical address is:

Can I receive a bulk discount?
Due to the array of resources we carry, we are unable to offer bulk discounts across the board. However, we do consider bulk discounts upon request. If you would like us to consider a bulk discount, please send your request with detailed information using our Contact Form.

Can I make a change to my Internet order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to Internet orders once they are submitted.

Can I cancel the Internet order I just placed?
Internet orders are usually fulfilled the following business day. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel the order. Please call 800-435-4343 to cancel.
