National Conference

My friend/spouse cannot attend the conference. May I bring someone else in his/her place?
If a guest cannot make the conference, you may bring someone else in his or her place. The extra nametag should be given to the new attendee and brought to the registration area of the conference to be exchanged for a new tag.

Do you provide transportation from airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the church?
Transportation is not provided for the conference. Hotels may have arrangements for airport pick-up.

Is the conference formatted for the hearing impaired?
American Sign Language interpretation is provided throughout the conference.

What type of dress is appropriate for the conference?
We suggest business-casual attire during the conference.

Will there be RV parking?
Yes, but we need to know in advance in order to reserve space at First Baptist Church of Orlando. Power and sewer hook ups are not available. Please e-mail 'conference@ligonier.org' with your notice and include RV length and type.

I need to cancel my conference registration. How do I get a refund?
Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing, by fax, or by email (conference@ligonier.org). Further information will be available soon.

How much does the National Conference cost?

Will meals or snacks be available on site?
Yes. Pre-Paid meal plans are available for purchase during your registration process, and a limited quantity are available on site. Additionally, the venue will have snacks. We are also hoping to have at least one or two outside vendors there to offer meals on demand.

Are there scholarships available?
Scholarships are available for those willing to volunteer during the conference. There are a limited number of volunteer positions available, and all potential volunteers must fill out a volunteer form prior to the conference. More information coming soon on the Events page.

I only want to attend a few sessions. May I purchase registrations for just a few sessions?
Single session entry is not available, but we are selling 'day passes' this year for the first time. $50 for Thursday only. $100 for Friday only. $50 for Saturday only. Registration at the door for all three days is $179

Will child-care be available during the conference?
No, but there is an unsupervised child area at the venue where parents can bring their children during the sessions, and the audio from the sessions can be heard in that area.

Do you recommend any hotels in the area?
We have made arrangements with several area hotels for block rates. We cannot effectively or fully vet these properties on our own, but feel like they can suit the needs of our attendees. Please see this tab from our events page - http://www.ligonier.org/events/2013-national-conference/travel/

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes, via e-mail upon registration on our website. If you register by phone at 800-435-4343 then our Frontline operators should give you a confirmation at that time. Call 800-435-4343 if you have not received confirmation, or email conference@ligonier.org
