I was unable to finish downloading my MP3 purchases. How can I get them?
If you go to the online store, click on "Sign in or Create Account" at the top of the page. You will be prompted to enter your information. It should then list your purchases and you can finish downloading the remaining MP3s. If you have any problems, please email webmaster@ligonier.org.

What if something happens to the file I download (computer crash, accidentally erased, etc)?
You may re-download audio and video files that you have purchased at any time. To do so, simply log into the Ligonier.org website and then click on “Dashboard”, located at the top right of any page. Once on the Dashboard page, scroll down to the “Your Downloads” list and find the item that you would like to download. Click on the “Audio” or “Video” link to the right of the item to download the file to your computer. Download should begin immediately.

Can I put the MP4 files I download from the Ligonier website onto a DVD that will play on my television’s DVD Player or in the DVD Player on my personal computer?
Yes, depending on if you have DVD authoring software on your computer that is able to accept MP4 files as source video. If you own an Apple™ computer then the program called iDVD will accept our downloadable MP4 files with no modification. If you are a Windows™ user then we would suggest checking online for DVD authoring software available for PC users. Some titles we have seen that appear to be accepting of MP4 files as source files are as follows: “Sony DVD Architect”, “Wombie Easy DVD”, “Roxio MyDVD”, “Power Producer”, & “WinX DVD Author” (further information and reviews can be found at http://dvd-authoring-software-review.toptenreviews.com/).
-
Can I burn media that I download to discs (audio to CDs/video to DVDs)?
You may burn one copy of media that you have purchased and downloaded for personal use only (if that one is damaged, you can burn another).
For burning downloaded audio to either audio CDs or MP3 CDs, we recommend using iTunes. For burning videos that you have downloaded, we recommend iDVD for Macs and DVD Maker for Windows Vista and Windows 7.
If you are using Windows XP there are no free products we can recommend, but we do recommend Roxio Video Lab 10: http://www.roxio.com/enu/products/mydvd/videolab/overview.html ($49.99).

How do I get the audio from your CDs and DVDs onto my computer or onto an iPod or iPhone?
We recommend using Apple’s iTunes software - free download at:
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
- Insert CD/DVD into computer
- Open iTunes
- In the bottom right corner of the iTunes window select “Import CD”
- The audio will begin importing the audio onto your computer
- With your iPod connected to your computer, simply drag the audio from the iTunes LIBRARY/Music to the icon for your iPod or iPhone which will also appear in the left column (eg. – “Jane’s iPod”)
