No meal will be provided during the 2-hour lunch break on Saturday, but there are a variety of options available near the church.
Attendees in the following categories may receive a discount on the Conference Rate:
- Ages 17 and under (100% off)
- Full-Time Missionary (10% off)
- Full-Time Pastor (10% off)
- Full-Time Student (10% off)
- Full-Time Teacher (10% off)
- Pastor's Wife, Military Spouse (10% off)
Cancellations and refund requests must be made at 800-435-4343, during normal business hours (not via voicemail message), or in writing by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or snail mail to Conferencing, Ligonier Ministries, 421 Ligonier Ct, Sanford, FL 32771. Refund requests received by end of business day on April 19th, 2017, will be honored in full, minus a $10 cancellation processing fee per cancellation. Cancellations received between end of business day on April 19th and May 12th, 2017 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after May 12th, 2017.
Confirmation & Nametags
You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after your registration has been processed. Those without e-mail will receive a confirmation number via phone at the time they call to register. You will pick-up your name badge beginning at 4:00 p.m. on opening day of the conference. Please arrive early so you do not miss the beginning of the conference. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks of the conference, please call toll-free 1-800-435-4343 or email email@example.com.
A limited number of scholarships are available for those willing to volunteer during the conference.

Group Discount Policy
Group discounts are offered to groups of 15 or more. A group must sign up all 15 people (or more) by calling 800-435-4343 during normal business hours. You may not add people to the group once you have begun the registration process. Groups must pay with one form of payment. We accept check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Please be ready with group leaders name, address, and phone number when calling.
We must have each person's name, address, phone, and email in order to complete the group registration. Our customer service operator will give you an e-mail address that can be used to submit that information. Once a group has been registered the group will receive a single group confirmation number via email, or by phone when registering.
There are no refunds for group registrations, but group member registrations can be transferred if a member of the group is not able to attend. Just take confirmation e-mail to the registration desk at the conference and they will print you a new name badge.
The group rate is $45 per person and is good until May 5th, 2017. You will also receive 1 complimentary registration per 15 registered attendees.
