There will be some provision by the FBCO catering staff for those with food allergies. Please let their staff know of your needs when you arrive to collect your first meal. They cannot guarantee the ability to meet all dietary requests but they will do their best to accommodate your particular needs.

Cancellations and refund requests must be made at 800-435-4343800-435-4343 during normal business hours (not via voicemail message), or in writing by fax or email (fax 407-333-4233 or email@example.com). Refund requests received by February 14, 2014 (8p ET), will be honored in full, minus a $10.00 cancellation processing fee per cancellation. Cancellations received between February 15th, 2014 and March 7th, 2014 (8p ET) will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after March 8th, 2014.
Confirmation & Nametags
You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after your registration has been processed. Those without e-mail will receive a confirmation number via phone at the time they call to register. You will pick-up your name badge beginning at 10:00 a.m. on opening day of the conference. Please arrive early so you do not miss the beginning of the conference. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks of the conference, please call toll-free 1-800-435-43431-800-435-4343 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Group Discount Policy
Group discounts are offered to groups of 15 or more. Group must sign up all 15 people through fax or email. Fax 407-333-4233 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. You may not add people to the group once you have begun the registration process. Group must pay with one form of payment. We accept check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Please include group leaders name and phone number at the top of the page before emailing or faxing. We will contact you with a confirmation of your group within 48 hours. Please ensure that you provide a daytime phone number in your fax or email. You will need to provide payment details on fax or email. We can take your credit card at time of confirmation.
We must have each person's name, address, phone, and email. Once a group has been registered the group will receive a single group confirmation number via email, or by phone when registering. Please ensure that all information is given on each individual of the group. There are no refunds for group registrations, but group member registrations can be transferred if a member of the group is not able to attend. Just take confirmation letter to the registration desk at the conference and they will print you a new name badge.
The group rate is $99 per person and is good until March 7th, 2014 (8p ET). Meal plans for groups are $39 per person. You will also receive 1 complimentary registration per 15 registered attendees.
