Meal plans are $39 per person. All meals are provided by First Baptist Church Orlando. Included meals are:
All served with beverages. No à la carte items except at FBCO coffee shop and some other intermittently available outside vendors.
Additional breakfast items will be for sale on site by First Baptist Church both on Friday and Saturday mornings. Additional lunch items will be available for sale by outside vendors on Friday.
Attendees in the following categories may receive a discount on the Conference Rate:

- Children 17 and under - Children 17 and under (100% off with paid adult)
- Full-Time Missionary - Full-time missionary (20% off)
- Full-Time Student - Full-time student (20% off)
- Full-Time Teacher - Full-time teacher (20% off)
- Military - Member of the US Military (20% off)
- Pastor - Full-time Pastor (20% off)
- Pastor's Wife, Military Spouse - Pastor's wife (20% off)
Cancellations and refund requests must be made at 800-435-4343, during normal business hours (not via voicemail message), or in writing by fax or email (fax 407-333-4233 or firstname.lastname@example.org). Refund requests received by January 25, 2013, will be honored in full, minus a $10.00 cancellation processing fee per cancellation. Cancellations received between January 26, 2013 and February 15, 2013 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after February 16, 2013.
Confirmation & Nametags
You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after your registration has been processed. Those without e-mail will receive a confirmation number via phone at the time they call to register. You will pick-up your name badge beginning at 10:00 a.m. on opening day of the conference. Please arrive early so you do not miss the beginning of the conference. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks of the conference, please call toll-free 1-800-435-4343 or email email@example.com.
Group Discount Policy
Group discounts are offered to groups of 15 or more. Group must sign up all 15 people through fax , email, or phone. Fax 407-333-4233, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or phone 800-435-4343. You may not add people to the group once you have begun the registration process. Group must pay with one form of payment. We accept check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Please include group leaders name and phone number at the top of the page before emailing or faxing. We will contact you with a confirmation of your group within 48 hours. Please ensure that you provide a daytime phone number in your fax or email. You will need to provide payment details on fax or email. We can take your credit card at time of confirmation. We must have each person's name, address, phone, and email. Once a group has been registered the group will receive a single group confirmation number via email, or by phone when registering. Please ensure that all information is given on each individual of the group.
There are no refunds for group registrations, but group member registrations can be transferred if a member of the group is not able to attend. Just take confirmation letter to the registration desk at the conference and they will print you a new name badge.
The group rate is $99 per person and is good until February 14, 2013. Meal plans for groups are $39 per person. You will also receive 1 complimentary registrations per 15 registered attendees.
Ministry Partner Reduced Rate
*Note: As a Ministry Partner, you are receiving this discounted rate as a partnership benefit, therefore the difference between the standard conference rate and the Ministry Partner rate is a non-deductible item for tax purposes as allowed by law. The value of this benefit is $40 times the number of registrations purchased. Call 800-435-4343 for more information or to register at the reduced rate.
Internet and Phone Registrations
Internet registrations will be cut off as of Friday, February 15th. Those wishing to register after this date will be asked to register by phone at 800-435-4343. Phone registrations will be cut off as of February 19th and those wishing to register after this date will be asked to register at the door.
