Cancellations and refund requests must be made by calling 800-435-4343 during regular business hours (M-F, 8-5 p.m. EST, no voicemails please), by fax (407-333-4233), or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Refund request received by August 24, will be honored in full, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations received between August 25 and September 14, 2012, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after September 14, 2012.
Confirmation & Nametags
You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after your registration has been processed. Those without e-mail will receive a confirmation number via phone at the time they call to register. You will pick-up your name badge between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on opening day of the conference. Please arrive early so you do not miss the beginning of the conference. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks of the conference, please call toll-free 1-800-435-4343 or email email@example.com.

Group discounts are offered to groups of 25 or more. Group must sign up all 25 people through fax or email. Fax 407-333-4233 or email email@example.com. You may not add people to the group once you have begun the registration process. Group must pay with one form of payment. We accept check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Please include group leaders name and phone number at the top of the page before emailing or faxing. We will contact you with a confirmation of your group within 48 hours. Please ensure that you provide a daytime phone number in your fax or email. You will need to provide payment details on fax or email. We can take your credit card at time of confirmation.
We must have each person's name, address, phone, and email. Once a group has been registered each individual will receive their confirmation for the conference at the address given for each person.
There are no refunds for group registrations. If a member of the group is not able to attend, the conference badge can be transferred to another individual at the conference.
The group rate is $45 per person and is good until September 7, 2012. You will also receive 2 complimentary registrations per 25 registered attendees.
