Thank you for joining His Glory Tours on the Ligonier Ministries cruise through Alaska. We wanted to provide you with some information regarding the cruise.
Please make sure that the names on your invoice match the names on your passport. If they do not, please let us know right away. (We only need the first and last name.)
Port of Seattle
Our Port of call in Seattle is the Bell Street Cruise Terminal at Pier 66. The address is 2225 Alaskan Way, Seattle, WA 98121. We recommend arriving at the Bell Street Pier Cruise Terminal at Pier 66 by 11:00 a.m. to start boarding, and no later than 2:30 p.m.
When we return from the cruise on June 8th, we suggest all flights leaving from Seattle be booked no earlier than 11:30 a.m. unless you plan to join us for the Ligonier West Coast Conference. If that is the case, please visit the conference web page at Ligonier.org for hotel recommendations.
Online check-in and Shore Excursions
Shore excursions will only be arranged by Celebrity Cruises and not by His Glory Tours or Ligonier. You will be able to purchase excursions onboard the ship. If you want to book shore excursions now you may do so by going online to www.celebritycruises.com. You will want to go to the online check-in. It will ask you for your booking id (located at the top-right corner of your invoice), name of the ship, sail date, and last name. The ship is the Celebrity Infinity, and the sail date is June 1, 2012.
There will be some directions to follow for setting up your account and signing in. Once you have your account set up you will be able to book excursions, spa packages, specialty dinning, and beverage packages. This is also where you will print your boarding passes and order your luggage tags. Please make sure you follow the directions all the way to the end. If you would like to be on the same tour as someone else, you will need to make sure you register for the same time and tour. Then you will want to make sure you both show up at the same time and get on the same bus. There will be no Ligonier group tours this year in order to allow you the freedom to access the many excursion choices that Alaska has to offer.
Transportation
If you have not booked your flights yet, we recommend you do so soon as prices are starting to increase.
For transportation to the hotel and to the cruise line we suggest you take a taxi. For the post-cruise conference we suggest a rental car or a taxi. There will be three rental car companies on site with shuttles to take you to one of their locations. When making your reservation, be sure and tell them where you plan on returning your car (the airport or local outlet). Post-Cruise Conference
For those of you who are planning to attend the Ligonier Ministries West Coast Conference, Standing Firm, Ligonier requests that you please call 1-800-435-4343 to register, as separate name tags will be provided. Your registration fee will be waived because of your participation on the cruise.
Post-Cruise Conference Hotel
If you have not already booked your hotel for the post-conference in Redmond, please be aware that the original site has sold out. You may contact the sister property, Residence Inn by Marriott, for current rates. Their information is as follows:

Celebrity Cruises reserves the right to impose a fuel supplement of up to $10 per guest per day on all guests if the price of West Texas Intermediate fuel exceeds $65.00 per barrel.
CELEBRITY INFINITY CRUISE SHIP

The Celebrity Infinity is currently undergoing a $30 million dollar major refurbishment and renovation, scheduled to be completed in December 2011. INSURANCE INFORMATION

His Glory Tours strongly recommends travel insurance. Questions? Contact Ryan at 877-977-2177.
Insurance is available. Coverage amount may be adjusted to cover airfare and other packages purchased in conjunction with the cruise. Pre-existing coverage is available if premium is paid at time of deposit. Please ask for details.
CRUISE CANCELLATION PENALTIES
All cancellations must be in writing or via email, and must be acknowledged in writing or via email from His Glory Tours. Prior to March 1, 2012, all cancellations made 30 days after the initial booking will be assessed an administrative cancellation fee of $200.00 per person. This fee will be charged to your credit card by His Glory Tours, after any available refunds from Celebrity Cruises have been credited to you. Beginning March 1, 2012, additional cancellation penalties apply as follows for the cruise portion of the trip:
March 1–March 24, 2012: Standard cabins—$650.00 p.p.
March 1–March 24, 2012: Suites—$1100.00 p.p.
March 25–April 22, 2012: 50% of total fare p.p.
April 23–May 9, 2012: 75% of total fare p.p.
May 10, 2012 and later: no refund
Airfare Cancellation—Cancellation penalties apply based on class of service.
