Attendees in the following categories may receive a discount on the Conference Rate:
- Children 17 and under - Children 17 and under (100% off with paid adult)
- Full-Time Missionary - Full-time missionary (20% off)
- Full-Time Student - Full-time student (20% off)
- Full-Time Teacher - Full-time teacher (20% off)
- Military - Member of the US Military (20% off)
- Pastor - Full-time Pastor (20% off)
- Pastor's Wife, Military Spouse - Pastor's wife (20% off)
Other Information
Cancellations
Cancellations and refund requests must be made by calling 800-435-4343 during regular business hours (M-F, 8-5 p.m. EST, no voicemails please), by fax (407-333-4233), or by email (conference@ligonier.org). Refund request received by September 16, will be honored in full, minus a $15.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received between September 17 and October 7, 2011, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after October 8, 2011.
Confirmation & Nametags
You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is completed. You will pick-up your name badge between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on opening day of the conference. Please arrive early so you do not miss the beginning of the conference. If you have any questions, please call toll-free 1-800-435-4343 or email conference@ligonier.org.
Group Discounts
Group discounts are offered to groups of 25 or more. Group must sign up all 25 people through fax or email. Fax 407-333-4233 or email conference@ligonier.org. You may not add people to the group once you have begun the registration process. Group must pay with one form of payment. We accept check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Please include group leaders name and phone number at the top of the page before emailing or faxing. We will contact you with a confirmation of your group within 48 hours. Please ensure that you provide a daytime phone number in your fax or email. You will need to provide payment details on fax or email. We can take your credit card at time of confirmation.
We must have each person's name, address, phone, and email. Once a group has been registered each individual will receive their confirmation for the conference at the address given for each person.
There are no refunds for group registrations. If a member of the group is not able to attend, the conference badge can be transferred to another individual at the conference.
The group rate is $45 per person and is good until September 30, 2011. You will also receive 2 complimentary registrations per 25 registered attendees.
