Meal plans are available for $17 per person and must be purchased at the time of registration. Meals include Friday dinner and Saturday lunch.

You will pick-up your nametag between 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on the opening day of the conference. If you do not receive a confirmation that you are registered within two weeks of the conference, please call 1-800-435-4343 or email email@example.com.
Group discounts are offered to groups of 25 or more. $69 per person if the entire group is registered at the same time before September 3, 2010. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing, by fax, or by email email@example.com. Refund request received by July 30, 2010, will be honored in full, minus a $15.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received between July 31 and August 27, 2010 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after August 27, 2010.
