Conference Tuition Rates
$89 --- If you register on or before August 7, 2009
$99 --- If you register between August 8 and September 11, 2009
$109 --- If you register at the door, space permitting (after September 12th, 2009)
Children and Special Discounts
Full-time Pastors and spouses receive $20 off tuition price.
Professional teacher/Full-time students/Teens 13 to 18 years old receive a 10% discount off tuition price.
Children 12 years old and under are free with paid adult but must still register for the conference.
Group Discount Policy
Group discounts are offered to groups of 25 or more. Group must sign up all 25 people through fax or email. Fax 1-877-768-2784 or email (pnwconference@sovereigncruises.org). You may not add people to the group once you have begun the registration process. Group must pay with one form of payment. We accept check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express Please include group leaders name and phone number at the top of the page before emailing or faxing. We will contact you with a confirmation of your group within 48 hours. Please ensure that you provide a daytime phone number in your fax or email. You will need to provide payment details on fax or email. We can take your credit card at time of confirmation.
We must have each persons; name, address, phone, and email. Once a group has been registered each individual will pick up their name badge from registration the day of the conference. The group will receive a confirmation from Sovereign Cruises and Events.
There are no refunds for group registrations. If a member of the group is not able to attend, the conference badge can be taken to registration at the conference and transferred to another individual.
2009 West Coast Conference Group pricing
$79 per person – Group pricing good until September 11, 2009.
2 complimentary registrants per 25 registered attendees.
Groups can also receive a $10 discount per night on hotel rooms booked at the Ligonier Conference location, call 1-877-768-2784 to book hotels.
Cancellations
Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing, by fax, or by email (pnwconference@sovereigncruises.org). Refund request received by July 31, 2009, will be honored in full, minus a $15.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received between August 1st and September 4, 2009 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after September 4, 2009.
Registrations at the door
Registrations at the door will be accepted, space permitting.
Nametags
Nametags will be available for pick-up at the conference location.
