Understanding the financial burden on the church today, Ligonier Ministries will assume most of the costs for this event with the exception of a $200 registration fee per pastor. This fee includes all meals and lodging during the conference. Transportation to Lake Mary, Florida, is your only additional cost. Due to the unique nature of this conference and limited space, online registration is not available. You may register by calling our resource consultants at 800-435-4343 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing, by fax, or by email. Refund requests received before August 22, 2008, will be honored in full, minus a $15 cancellation fee. Cancellations received between August 23 and September 19 will receive a 50 percent refund. No refunds will be granted after September 19, 2008.

Transportation: A special round trip fare from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to the conference hotels is being offered by Lorden Transportation. Please call (866) 883-1174 to make your reservation. Attire: We suggest business-casual attire during the conference. Limited Space: Due to limited space, registration will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please register early. Name badges: Nametags will be available once you check-in at registration. Wives: We are unable to include wives at this time.

Driving Directions
Traveling from airport (MCO): From Orlando Airport Take 528 West to I-4 East towards Daytona Beach, then take Exit 101A and turn left. The hotel is on the southwest side of the intersection at 46A.
Alternate route from airport: Take 528 East ramp toward Cocoa/Kennedy Space Center. Merge on to SR-417 (Toll Road) North toward Orlando/Sanford. Take the Rinehart Rd. exit (Exit 54). Turn LEFT onto Rinehart Rd. Turn RIGHT onto H.E. Thomas Jr. Parkway/CR 46-A. Turn LEFT onto International Parkway. The hotel is located on the immediate left hand side (2nd Left-hand turn). |
