Our Executive Staff
John Cobb joined Ligonier Ministries in 2003. He began in the marketing department and currently enjoys serving as director of ministry outreach, seeking to inform as many people as possible about the ministry and its vast amount of teaching opportunities including audio and video series, conferences, Tabletalk magazine, books and Bibles, and translations. He enjoys spending time with his family, photography, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
Todd Jackson is senior vice president, chief financial officer and board financial advisor. He came to Ligonier Ministries in 2007, having spent twenty years as an academician. He has a Ph.D. in Business Administration with accounting as a major, finance as a minor, and computer information systems and quantitative analysis as a supporting field. He also earned a Master of Accountancy. Todd has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1984 and earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2009. He also holds the Certified Management Accountant, Certified Financial Manager and Certified Fraud Examiner credentials. Todd and his wife of 25 years live in central Florida with their three young-adult children. He enjoys biking, piano, woodworking and traveling.
Chris Larson, as president and COO of Ligonier Ministries, oversees daily ministry operations and outreach. His passion is to serve the church through spreading the historic Christian faith to as many people as possible. Chris joined the leadership team in 2004 but was first exposed to Dr. Sproul's teaching as a high school senior. Combining an undergraduate degree in marketing with continuing theological studies at several seminaries, he enjoys Reformed theology as much as communicating Ligonier's vision. His career demonstrates this dual focus with experience in Christian ministry and corporate settings. By virtue of this unique background, Chris has a deep understanding of the importance of conveying biblical truth in an accessible way using today’s tools appropriately. He and his wife live in central Florida with their five children and a very energetic labradoodle.
Jim Moore joined Ligonier Ministries in 2012. In his role as the vice president of operations, Jim’s oversight spans inventory control, shipping, facilities, HR, and IT. Jim lends Ligonier his knowledge gained from a career of military service as well as private sector experience in curriculum development and proposal management. A graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Jim earned a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Training & Development. He resides in central Florida with his wife of 22 years and their two teenage daughters. Jim enjoys family time, college football (especially Big 12 and SEC), golf and wrangling two rescue beagles.
John Petersen, director of development for Ligonier Ministries, oversees fundraising efforts, including donor relations, inbound and outbound calling efforts, and fund appeal communications. Prior to joining Ligonier in 2001, John had a career with Sears as manager of the Orlando district marketing call center operation. He is a member of Saint Andrew’s, along with his wife of twenty-one years and their two children. John received a degree in business management and is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Christian Leadership Alliance. He enjoys many outdoor activities, such as running, golfing, fishing, and traveling with his family.
Lillian Rozzi has been the human resource administrator at Ligonier Ministries since 1990, and has served in the role of corporate secretary for the last 18 years. Prior to moving to Florida, Lillian and her husband raised three children, and were business owners for several years in Western Pennsylvania. She enjoys classical music and loves family time with her children and eight grandchildren.
Bob Stephens joined the Ligonier Ministries team in January 2012, as the director of information technology, after serving several years as a consultant. Bob earned his Master’s Degree in Information Sciences in 1988. Since then, he worked in multiple roles from programmer to program manager, from desktop support to operation manager, and from small business owner to vice president a national information services organization. Bob resides in Central Florida with his wife of 25 years and his three daughters. He enjoys the outdoors, and cherishes supporting his girls in their various sport, dance, choral and academic endeavors.
Randi Walter joined the Ligonier team as director of stewardship in early 2008, however she’s been a student of our resources for twenty years. In her role, Randi helps supporters achieve their spiritual and financial goals by investing in the kingdom through Ligonier outreaches. She has served various organizations in this capacity since 1996. Randi graduated with a psychology degree and has been involved in writing and teaching women’s Bible studies for three decades. She resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with her husband, a hospital pharmacist, and has two grown children.
